Pinnacle Development
Scott is the President of Pinnacle Development. He is responsible for portfolio transactions, project development and client relations. Scott also directs the development of the company’s vision and corporate culture.
Scott has more than 20 years of development, construction and property management experience. For the past ten years, Scott has been actively pursuing and managing the development, financing, construction and operations of privatized military projects. His core competencies include land acquisition, entitlement, business development, financial structuring and capital markets integration, community master plan design, community relations management, environmental planning and mitigation, and project team management and business planning and forecasting.
Scott received his Master of City Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley. He was a Sloan Fellow and participated in advanced programs in public policy and economics at the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin and the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
